Reset To Default Values Does Not Work (Doc ID 1603869.1)

We added a page break to our Prompts. Reset to Default values doesn't work properly for all the prompt pages. i.e. ONLY the first page it does resets the value. Reset to Default Values on the 2nd Prompt page does not clear values if those values have been applied. With values set and applied, clicking on the Reset to Default Values did not change anything in the prompts. If the values have NOT been applied, then the feature clears the values as expected.
