Symptoms

When making a call to the DRM web service from a web service client the following message is being returned: System.ServiceModel.FaultException’1[0racle.Drm.Remotable.DrmException]: DRM-61028: The following unexpected error occurred communicating with URL 'net.tcp://server:port/OracIe/DrmEngine/SessionMgrInternal': EPMCSS-00301: Failed to authenticate user. Invalid credentials. Enter valid credentials. (Fault Detail is equal to Oracle.Drm.Remotable.DrmException).

Changes

New users may have been added to user directories that are added to Foundation Services or new user directories may have been added to Foundation Services.
