OBIEE - Agent issue with "Specified User" section (Doc ID 1605737.1)

After applying Bundle Patch for OBIEE, two issues appear in Agents:


1. When you open an existing Agent to look at the information, the "Specified User" is blank on the General tab. And the "Recipient" is blank for some user on the Recipients tab.



2. When you create a new Agent, the Specified User seem to always get reset to the user you are currently logged in.



This does not happen in bundled patch.
