Just upgraded Web Logic Server (WLS) from 10.3.3 to 10.3.6 and Fusion Middleware (FMw) from to 

Using a load balancer or proxy server which terminates SSL.  Trying to login to Discoverer returns "The page cannot be displayed" error.  This was working without issue in 

  - or -

Sessions intermittently hang,


Upgraded from WLS 10.3.3 / FMw to WLS 10.3.6 / FMw
