Symptoms

When validating or executing a data synchronization in EPMA, this error is generated:

java.rmi.ServerException:
start fault message:

Failed to create product connector.; nested exception is:
com.hyperion.awb.datasync.exceptions.DMEException: Invalid request. Connector Class definition does not exist. ; nested exception is:
java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: com.hyperion.awb.datasync.connectors.PlanningDMEConnector
