Symptoms

After applying Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) Patch Set update (PSU) 11.1.2.2.305, when trying to extract data (Application Tasks -> Extract -> Data (or) Administration -> Extract -> Data), the resulting window in EPM Workspace is not displayed correctly. The POV options and other options to perform a data extract are not displayed in the window as shown below:
