When creating an Implementation Project and selecting Offerings by following this Section "3.3.2 How to Create an Implementation Project and Select Offerings", the below error occurred in Functional Setup Manager:

Error An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information.
An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: 17, Server Domain: bifoundation_domain, Server Instance: bi_server1, Application Name: FunctionalSetupAppLite.
Problem Key: DFW-99998 [oracle.jbo.NoDefException][][FunctionalSetupAppLite]

Steps followed are:

  1. Oracle Business Intelligence Applications Configuration Manager
  2. Perform Functional Configurations (Functional setup manager)
  3. Implementations
  4. Configure Offerings
  5. Implementation Projects tab
  6. Create Implementation Project
  7. Enter Basic Information
  8. next
  9. check some modules
  10. save and open projects
