Using Discoverer 11.1.1.7.0 and Java 7 update 51 (u51), we are unable to launch Discoverer Plus. Receiving error in Java console :

"Missing Permissions manifest attribute for: http://machine.domain:port//discoverer/plus_files/d4o_double.jarjar"

and/or message dialog :

"Application Blocked by Security Setting"
