Symptoms

After changing the account used to administer the MSAD user directory and updating the directory information in 'Configure User Directories' in Shared Services, the following error occurs in Shared Services when attempting to browse the MSAD directory:

EPMCSS-00706: Failed to get Users from user directory XXXXXXX. Error getting connection from pool. [LDAP: error code 49 - 80090308: LdapErr: DSID-0C0903A9, comment: AcceptSecurityConext error, data 533, v1db1]
