How Can We Protect the Data Relationship Management / DRM Web Service with Two Different Security Policies
(Doc ID 1621734.1)
Last updated on JANUARY 11, 2023
Applies to:
Hyperion Data Relationship Management - Version 11.1.2.1.000 and laterGeneric (Platform Independent)
Goal
To explain how to use two different security policies with the DRM web service so that the DRM web service can be used for different purposes. This can sometimes be a requirement if you need to configure:
- DRM - EPMA integration which requires the oracle/wss11_saml_or_username_token_with_message_protection security policy and
- DRM - EBS GL integration which requires the oracle/wss_username_token_service_policy for EBS GL Integration or
- If you are creating your own custom calls to the DRM web service methods and need to attach alternative security policies.
