OBIEE 11g: When Editing a Filter You Can't Select a Value Bigger Than 500 (Doc ID 1622271.1)

Symptoms

When clicking on Edit filter you can't select a value bigger than 500

Steps to reproduce:-

  1. Create an Analysis report and "A - Sample Sales". Facts."Base Facts".Counts."01 - Revenue".
  2. Add a filter on that column with "1 Revenue is in top 999" which will change to "1 - Revenue is in top 500"
