You've installed and configured Financial Close Management (FCM). When any user other than an administrator signs into Workspace and tries to connect to FCM, they are prompted to login again. At this point, if you provide the admin user's password, you can get through. This impacts both native and LDAP users. Single Sign-On (SSO) is enabled, and users are all provisioned properly for FCM.
