Symptoms

Users are unable to login to workspace.

When trying to login, the following error message is displayed:

"You could not be authenticated. Please check the user name and password and try again".

Also the following error is found in the FoundationServices0.log file:

"Failed to create new database connection using datasource.rootcause.... pool epmsystemregistry is suspended, cannot allocate resources to applications"
