Setting A Discoverer Preference At A User Level (Doc ID 1625694.1)

Symptoms

When run the following command to set the preference at a user level, get the following error:
  dis51pr -user [user_name] -setpref "Application" "ExcelExportWithMacros" 1

dis51pr: error while loading shared libraries: libTAO_PortableServer.so.1.3.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
