OBIEE 11g java.lang.OutOfMemoryError In Admin Server Log Due To Unknown Tag <Batik/> Found In The config.xml File (Doc ID 1626665.1)

Symptoms


Issue has been found in default install of  OBIEE 11.1.1.6.12 ; and all installs of 11.1.1.7x thru 11.1.1.7.140110
Microsoft Windows x64 (64-bit)
Cluster environment
  Horizontal as well as Vertical (Only on Primary server)
  Primary server  has 16 GB RAM - BI started thru Windows services
  Secondary server has 8 GB RAM - started from Weblogic console

Loads of messages in Adminserver Log relating to Java heap space issue.  How can we get rid of them?
