ODBC Connection Not Working Getting 'Cannot read SQL driver name' (Doc ID 1628580.1)

Symptoms

On 11.1.2.2.100 version, SQL Interface
  

ODBC connection on Essbase server is not working. When trying to export data from Essbase using a dataexport command in a calc script the following error occurs:
