Convertreg.pl needed during converting Discoverer preferences does not exist in Discoverer 11g.

According to A.1 Discoverer file locations

convertreg.pl :
This script converts a reg_key.dc file to change the format of integer values
(for example, from BigEndian format to LittleEndian format).
Use this script to migrate a Discoverer installation from one platform to
another platform (for example, from Windows to Solaris).

Location: <ORACLE_HOME>/perl/bin/

But the scripts doesn't locate in <ORACLE_HOME>/perl/bin/ or another directory in Discoverer 11g.
