ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Despite all OBIEE components services are up and running, the EM console shows the availability as 'DOWN'
Also, when trying to deploy updated RPD or webcat, the changes cannot be applied or activated, the following error occurs:



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

FMW console should show the correct statuses of the services.
