OBIEE 11g: Export To Excel does not Maintain the Date Format Mask

You have installed OBIEE 11g.
You have an analysis with a date column on which you have included a Date Format mask
When you export the analysis to Excel, the date format mask is not maintained.
There are several kind of problems, depending on the Excel version.
For example, with the following analysis:
