SSL Error when starting SOA post LCM migration (Doc ID 1637116.1)

Symptoms

When starting up the SOA Server, additional SYS<UniqueID> composites attempt to initialize after the FCM delivered composites. The following error is thrown in the SOA Log:

Caused By: javax.wsdl.WSDLException: WSDLException: faultCode=INVALID_WSDL: Error reading import of oramds:/deployed-composites/default/SysInt100000000001063Composite_rev1.0/SOAAMServiceWrapper.wsdl: javax.wsdl.WSDLException: WSDLException: faultCode=INVALID_WSDL: Error reading import of http://xxx.xxx.com:3015/FCC-DataModel-context-root/SOAAMService?WSDL: oracle.j2ee.ws.wsdl.LocalizedWSDLException: WSDLException: faultCode=PARSER_ERROR: Failed to read wsdl file at: "https://vmhodivhi006.oracleoutsourcing.com:3015/FCC-DataModel-context-root/SOAAMService?WSDL=/META-INF/wsdl/ServiceException.wsdl", caused by: javax.net.ssl.SSLException. : javax.net.ssl.SSLException: Unrecognized SSL message, plaintext connection?
