Recently upgraded from OBIEE to

The environment is in a cluster (2 node) and SSO enabled.
Can connect to BI Analytics and BI Publisher urls with the weblogic user without any issue.

However, while connecting to the BI Admin tool the following error is displayed:

Logon failed

In Catalog Manager the following error is displayed:

You don't have the privilege to run Catalog Manager.
