OBIEE 11g: Installer Fails When Starting The Scheduler Component (ORA-12157) Due To Firewall Dropping The TCP 'Urgent flag' (Doc ID 1640683.1)

Symptoms

During OBIEE installation process, the NQScheduler process should have started successfully, however the NQScheduler process failed to start - with following errors:

Changes

The firewall (PaloAlto 5050) was setup with 'Urgent Flag'.
