Symptoms
You've created an FR report against a Planning datasource. You provide permission to non-admin users who have limited access to certain dimensions. When these users run the report and launch the dialog to select members for a prompt or a Grid POV, they are able to see the entire dimension hierarchy instead of just the members to which they've been granted access in Planning.
