OBIEE 11g: Unable to Log into Analytics with Errors: "<BEA-160170>, <BEA-002903>, <BEA-149059>, <BEA-149060>" (Doc ID 1641115.1)

Logging into EM and console works fine. However, when attempting to login to Analytics the following error occurs:

The below three deployments could not be started.
1. Bisecurity(11.1.1) - Prepared
2. EAS(11.1.1) – Failed (though it was started , it shows failed)
3. Map viewer(11.1.) - Failed  (though it was started , it shows failed)


OBIEE was installed on Windows 32-bit R2 environment.
Once the system was restarted, it was not possible to login to Analytics but it was possible to login to Enterprise Manager and console.
