BIP schedule triggers generate many bi sessions which do not close.

It increases up to available limit.

Reproducible Case
1. Using sample; in BIP Create a Data Model

2. Create an Event Trigger.
Name =test_ET
Type = Schedule
Language = SQL query
Data Source= Oracle BI EE

For the test case set up a sql query that always return  0 rows.

3. Create a BIP report and schedule it
Frequency= Hourly/Minute
Every 2 minutes
Start Date= set date
End date= set date
Define schedule trigger
Use Trigger checked
Retry limit = 1
Use data model specified in the request
Trigger = test_ET

the result is that the job execute every 2 minutes with status Skipped.

In OBIEE > admintool online > manage sessions you can see a new session
opened for the user BISystemUser every two minutes.
