Can't connect to DAC repository Using DAC - It States Security Key Is Invalid Or Unavailable (Doc ID 1641759.1)

Symptoms

The DAC server environment has been up and running for 5 months.

Recently the windows server that had DAC Client running on was taken away.

Installing a new client on a new Windows server and all the connect test run fine; however, when trying to log into DAC client receive the following error:

"Security key invalid or unavailable"


After copying the cwallet.sso file from DAC server environment to the DAC client environment, the error changes to:

"Can't authenticate user.."
