OBIA 11g Error In BIACM > FSM, Portlet Consumer Error when Trying to Use SSL Ports (Doc ID 1644441.1)

Symptoms

 While performing functional configuration for OBIA, it is giving the following error.

A portlet consumer error was received for the task How to Perform System Setups and Post Install Tasks for BI Applications. Report the error details to the following owning product Business Intelligence Applications.

An error was received for the task How to Perform System Setups and Post Install Tasks for BI Applications. This task is identified with the code HOWTO_STARTPOSTINSTALL that invokes program /WEB-INF/oracle/apps/bi/configmngr/view/ui/taskflow/fsmintg/fsmintgTF.xml#fsmintgTF of module code biacm. Review the consumer and producer logs for more details on this error.


Steps to reproduce:
1. Login to BIACM
2. Click "Perform Functional Configuration" to open FSM in a new tab
3. In FSM login and click on Managed Implementation Project
4. Click on OBIA Sandbox1 Project
5. In the list of tasks, click on "Go To Task" for any of the tasks.
