HPCM: Network Error in HPCM Log when Deploying HPCM Database to Essbase (Doc ID 1645319.1)

Symptoms

When deploying either the Calculation or Reporting Database from Hyperion Profitability and Cost Management (HPCM) to Hyperion Essbase the deployment fails and network errors can be found in the hpcm.log file.
E.G.:
"Caused by: com.essbase.api.base.EssException: Cannot associate attribute member. Essbase Error(1290002): Network Error [10061]: Unable To Connect To [msslbphyp1.bytes.local:32772]. The client timed out waiting to connect to the Essbase Server using TCP/IP. Make sure that the client machine has sufficient number of ports available."

"Caused by: com.essbase.api.base.EssException: Cannot set member information. Essbase Error(1290002): Network Error [10061]: Unable To Connect To [ldsfsxs001t.atl2.dc.sita.aero:32777]. The client timed out waiting to connect to the Essbase Server using TCP/IP. Make sure that the client machine has sufficient number of ports available."
