Symptoms

When attempting to perform a Lifecycle Management (LCM) export of a particular web form, the following error occurs:

"EPMLCM-14000:Error reported fron Hyperion Planning

/Plan Type/<Plan Type Name>/Data Forms/<Data Form Name>:Data form with name <Data Form Name> not found during LCM export of a particular form"
