Explicit Mapping Fail to Save "Error: The target value (member_name) is not valid" (Doc ID 1662516.1)

While trying to save explicit mapping, it fails with an error: "The target value (member_name) is not valid"

The member exists in the Planning application.

As a workaround, the administrator creates 'like' mapping for the members by adding a star at the end of both source and target. This mapping works.

E.g. a project code in Source 100000 and a target code 100000_PRJ, when a 'explicit' mapping is created for example, 100000 to 100000_PRJ, it display the error.
But for a 'like' mapping for example: 100000* to 100000_PRJ*, it validates successfully
