Data is not in Sync Between the 2 HFM Servers in the Cluster (Doc ID 1663784.1)

Symptoms

There are 2 hfm servers in the cluster (HFM1 & HFM2).

  1. Load data into  HFM1 application server.
  2. User logs into HFM1 server and has a grid open. After data is loaded, user can see updated data in the grid.
  3. The other user is logged into HFM2 app server and has the same grid open. They don't see the data updated.
