Unable To Launch Informatica Admin Console (Administrator Console) (Doc ID 1664141.1)

Symptoms

All Informatica Services are up and running including pmserver, pmrepagent and tomcat java. Yet the Administrator Console does not come using the URL http://<HOSTNAME>:<PORT>/administrator  or http://<HOSTNAME>:<PORT>
