Some Important Scenario's Are Not Getting Picked While Generating Load Plan (Doc ID 1665047.1)

Symptoms

When generating the load plan in BI APPS 11.1.1.7.1 version, some critical scenario's are not getting picked up automatically. Following enabling all the offerings for financial, procurement and Project Analytics, then generated the load plan, it is noticed the following scenarios were missing:
