Error: "'Report Name' Is Not A Valid Single File Web Page" Occurs When Exporting A Financial Reporting (FR) Report From Workspace to Microsoft Powerpoint And Microsoft Word (Doc ID 1665850.1)

Symptoms

You've run an FR report in Workspace in PDF format, and you want to export the output to MS Powerpoint or MS Word.  You select File > Export > PowerPoint.

Microsoft Office Powerpoint/Word will open but neither will display the report.

For Powerpoint, the export of the PDF report just shows an "X" in the corner.  For Word, the export throws the error "'Report name' is not a valid single file web page".

This issue is seen on Redhat Linux 64-bit servers.

Changes

The functionality to export to PPT and Word has not been attempted before.  Patch Set Update 11.1.2.2.313 has been installed but it did not resolve the issue.

Exporting to Microsoft Excel works correctly.
