BI Applications 11.1.1.7.1 How to avoid Query Indexes from Getting Recreated During Every Incremental Load (Doc ID 1667492.1)

Goal

It appears that Query indexes are getting recreated during Incremental load in this version of BI Apps. This causes the load time to increase especially in cases where there are large data set, as Query indexes are getting dropped and created again even during incremental load.

Is there a way to avoid the dropping of Query indexes during incremental load, like a global parameter which would apply to all query indexes and also in case plan to handle it at a table level.
