Alternate Hierarchies For Local Dimensions Loaded To EPMA/HFM From FDMEE Are Not Shared (Doc ID 1672252.1)

Symptoms

FDMEE Is not marking the alternate hiearchies that are loaded to the HFM Application in EPMA as "Shared"

The Cost Centers Dimension is being loaded and the Hierarchy Region is defined as

ALL Starting Parent and checked as "Base Hierarchy"
GCC Starting Parent and Base Hierarchy is not checked.

This causes

“ALL” is the primary hierarchy and is flagged as the Base Hierarchy in FDMEE
After Executing FDMEE Cost Center “100” does not roll up under “ALL”.
Cost Center “100” is stored under “GCC”. It should be Shared.
