Symptoms

When attempting to start Oracle HTTP Server (OHS) configured with Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) system, following error occurs in OHS logs.

"Apache.exe: Syntax error on line 1079 of E:\\Oracle\\Middleware\\user_projects\\epmsystem1\\httpConfig\\ohs\\config\\OHS\\ohs_component/httpd.conf: Syntax error on line 9 of E:/Oracle/Middleware/user_projects/epmsystem1/httpConfig/ohs/config/OHS/ohs_component/moduleconf/plsql.conf: Cannot load E:/Oracle/Middleware/ohs/ohs/modules/mod_plsql.dll into server: The specified module could not be found."
