Symptoms
You've signed into Workspace, and you try to access the menu option Navigate > Schedule > Batch Scheduler. The following error message appears:
"nested exception is: com.hyperion.reporting.util.HyperionReportException: ; nested exception is: java.lang.NullPointerException"
