Last updated on MAY 19, 2016

Applies to:

Symptoms

Using FDMEE to load data, which has out of the box functionality to trigger calc scripts while running the data loads.  In this case, "Entities" are passed from FDMEE to the Essbase calc script Runtime Substitution Variable.  If the list being passed to the Essbase Runtime Substitution Variable exceeds the documented value limitation, the application crashes.  The error in the FDMEE log:

2014-04-24 17:30:01,874 ERROR [AIF]: Cannot calculate file. Essbase Error(1042017): Network error: Timed out before receiving all data
