Installed OBIEE 126.96.36.199 on OS Windows Server 2008 R2 and was able to log into Analysis but once OBIA 188.8.131.52 was installed you are unable to log in.
The following error is displayed:
All the services are running, the username and password is correct, You can also login to EM and WLS console successfully.
After increasing the logging level of oracle.bi.security the following error is displayed in the Managed server log:
