Has the service request dimension for Siebel 811 model been deprecated in BI Applications 11G? (Doc ID 1678058.1)

Goal

There are no service request mappings available out of the box for the Siebel 8.1.1 model. Has the service request dimension been deprecated in 11g or is there something missing?

There are no SDE or SIL mappings for Service Request Dimension mappings in ODI.  Where are the Service Request dimension mappings? Fact mappings are there.
