Unable to Run Delivers (Agents) When SSO with Siteminder is Enabled (Doc ID 1681556.1)

Symptoms

When trying to run an Agent in a which has been setup with Siteminder SSO the following error message occurs: 

"Agent Failed
The Agent, Test iBot, has failed

Global Error: [nQSError: 77006] Oracle BI Presentation Server Error: A fatal error occurred while processing the request. The server responded with: Odbc driver returned an error
(SQLDriverConnectW).
Error Codes: OPR4ONWY:U9IM8TAC
State: 08004. Code: 10018. [NQODBC] [SQL_STATE: 08004] [nQSError: 10018] Access for the requested connection is refused.
[nQSError: 43113] Mesage is returned from OBIS
[nQSError: 23006] The session variable, NQ_SESSION.WF_NAME, has no value definition
[nQSError: 13011] Query for Initialization Block 'Authentiation' has failed (08004)"

 

The Agent runs fine when SSO is disabled.
