OBIEE 11g Catalog Group Assignment Does Not Take Effect Immediately (Doc ID 1900272.1)

Symptoms

When users are moved from one catalog group to another group, privileges associated with the new  group do not get refreshed and users still hold privileges associated with the old group, unless 'Reload Files and Metadata' is run from the Analytics Administration page.
