OBIEE 11g: My Folder Is Blank After OBIEE 10g To 11g Upgrade

You have encountered an issue after upgrading OBIEE 10g to 126.96.36.199.140114.
'My Folder' is completely blank when logged in as an exisiting user after the upgrade. Please note, a fresh installation of OBIEE 188.8.131.52.0 has been performed and then applied the patch to make the version 184.108.40.206.140114 (but it can be any version or release, ie. 220.127.116.11 either).
After that, you have copied the entire Web Catalog from OBIEE 10g environment and upgraded via Upgrade Assistant (UA).
The issue is that 'My Folder' is completely blank when we login as different users. However, 'My Folder' had Dashboards and other Adhoc reports and Filters in OBIEE 10g for different users.
'Shared Folder' shows all reports and dashboards but MY Folder is blank. There is no reports, dashboards, filters etc available
