OBIEE SAML2.0 SSO Setup not working when using F5 Load Balancer URL (Doc ID 1902757.1)

Symptoms

OBIEE : 11.1.1.7.1

Issue Seen : Customer setup OBIEE to use SAML2.0 SSO following this doc “Configuring Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition to act as a SAML 2.0 Service Provider for SSO An Oracle White Paper August 2011” to configure SAML2 with OBIEE

This setup works fine in 3 of their environments which do not use F5 load balancer.
In the environment which has Load Balancer setup and obiee is accessed via the load balancer URL, SAML SSO is not working fine and does not let the user login seamlessly to OBIEE
