Unable To Display Special Characters (Registered Symbol)

- A Database column contains names that have a Registered symbol included.
- In OBIEE, this is not displaying correctly but showing a question mark. Why is this happening?
- Example: Benchmark Names are displaying Russell 1000� instead of Russell 1000®
- The database uses US7ASCII character set
