 The weblogic user is unable to access saw.dll?privilegeadmin after having performed an upgrade from OBIEE 10g to OBIEE

An Upgrade  from OBIEE 10g to, and from 10g to gave different results with regards to access to  "Manage Privileges"


After upgrading Repository and webcat from OBIEE 10g to, Weblogic Admin User could not access to "privilegeadmin".
