Weblogic Admin User Could Not Access privilegeadmin after Upgrade of Catalog from OBIEE 10g to OBIEE 11g 11.1.1.7 (Doc ID 1906049.1)

Symptoms

 The weblogic user is unable to access saw.dll?privilegeadmin after having performed an upgrade from OBIEE 10g to OBIEE 11.1.1.7

An Upgrade  from OBIEE 10g to 11.1.1.6, and from 10g to  11.1.1.7 gave different results with regards to access to  "Manage Privileges"

 


After upgrading Repository and webcat from OBIEE 10g to 11.1.1.7, the weblogic admin user biadmin could not access privilegeadmin.
