Symptoms

When opening EPM Workspace or EPM Shared Services page, the following error message is displayed:

An error occurred processing the result from the server.
URI: http://<HOST>:<PORT>/workspace/modules/com/hyperion/bpm/web/desktop/Adf.jsp
Description: An invalid content type 'text/plain' was found instead of '[text|application]/xml'

Changes

An EPM System Patch Set Update (PSU) has been recently installed.
