Symptoms

When trying to login to Financial Data Quality Management (FDM) application web interface the following error message is displayed:

An error occurred logging on to the system - Interface not registered (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80040155).

When logging into Workbench client  the following error message is shown:

Type mismatch - 13
Registry key [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Wow6432Node\Interface\{A4C46780-499F-101B-BB78-00AA00383CBB}] does exist.

Changes

FDM Patch Set Update (PSU) 11.1.2.2.301 has been applied.
