FDM Test Connection Error " Shared Services Connection Failed" (Doc ID 1909519.1)

Symptoms

 When clicking on the 'Test Connection' from the Authentication Provider of the Load Balance Configuration, the following error occurs "Shared Services Connection Failed".

 

  When reviewing the FDMSecurity.log you will see the following;

07-09 22:47:30 DEBUG Authentication Authentication HubPort: 28080
07-09 22:47:30 DEBUG Authentication Authentication Enable Nested Groups = true
07-09 22:47:39 DEBUG Authentication AuthenticationThrowable e: java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: java.io.WinNTFileSystem.createFileExclusively(Ljava/lang/String;Z)Z
07-09 22:47:39 DEBUG Authentication Authentication class initialize [EXIT].

 When reviewing the ComJniBridgeWrapper.log you will see the following;

Authentication Exception: Information 0

COMException Unknown Error
